Clase Azul Reposado 750ml is an ultra-premium reposado tequila made with Tequilana Weber Blue Agave that is slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens for a minimum of 72 hours. Once the agave reaches a deep, rich flavour, it is fermented with proprietary yeast prior to distillation. Once the tequila is distilled, it is aged for 8 months in hand-selected oak barrels. This process results in a superb, smooth taste that exceeds expectations with each sip.

AROMA: Woody, fruity, vanilla and toffee caramel

Dos Maderas LUXUS is matured for 10 years at its place of origin in the Caribbean, before being transferred to the Spanish Sherry house of Williams & Humbert. There it matures for a further 5 years using the Solera system method in American oak casks which have previously contained the internationally renowned DON GUIDO, a Pedro Ximénez Sherry with extraordinary aromas and flavours, which is certified by the Sherry Regulatory Board as having an age rating of over 20 years.

At 40 years, the Armagnac's style is definitely apparent. The diversity in crus, vintages, grape varieties and styles has allowed Marc Darroze to work on his "Les Grands Assemblages" (The Great Blends), chosen for their complementary characteristics, the selected Armagnacs in each bottling are of different ages. After over four decades in 400-litre barrels, expect this to have evolved layers of sweet spices, candied fruits, rancio and super soft, round tannins.

The Camut line of Calvados always show better with age, as the double distillation, while making them more neutral in their youth, frees the spirit from impurities that show with age. Gold color, intense. Brown reflections. The nose is marked by the long aging: cigar box, leather, liquorice, nutmeg, toast, gingerbread, toffee. However, the nose stays fresh and light. We find these balsamic aromas, licorice, chocolate on the palate with a more spicy finish: white pepper, candied ginger. Nice length in the mouth.

The new kid of the range has, like all the little ones, been the subject of special attention.
I thought it would be interesting to age the last year of the century in a separate and unique cellar. The entire 1999 harvest has aged in the cellar of Villeneuve-Haut, slightly less humid than those of Montendres. It was bottled at the end of 2017.
Aromatically, it is the bridge between the flower of Napoleon and the fruits of the old reserve (X.O.). The aroma of Napoleon's vine flower intensifies and becomes more captivating; the fruity side of the old reserve appears. This combination of aromas, as well as the aging in dryer cellars, give a higher liveliness and make it a more "intense" cognac. Its success with our amateur customers confirms us in the style of the house: single year and single vintage cognac.

Vintage blonde colour, slightly tiled. The nose is ripe, well vanilla, some aromas of hazelnut then a very pleasant sensation of sweetness. The aromatic palette turns out to be noble, very “cigar box” and cashew nuts on the glass bottom. The palate is suave, powerful, thick with a feeling of opulence, bringing in the finish more orange freshness.

Togouchi 15 year old, is the newest expression of Chugoku Jozo blending expertise. This blended whisky with a delicate and elegant nose reveals a rich and round texture subtly coated with fruity notes of citrus fruits and yellow fruits, but also spicy notes. On the palate it expresses vanilla sweetness and a fine peat iodine, while in the final it will leave you some notes of dark chocolate and hazel in retro olfaction.
This whisky is the result of the blending of grain and malt whisky of different ages and origins, including Scotland, that had undergone a complementary aging in Japan in an exceptional place ; an old railway tunnel with the ideal atmosphere for a balanced aging.
